All items are able to be customized to meet your needs. All painted glassware and cross stitched items can be personalized as well. Due to the nature of the item, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.

All crocheted items can be machine washed in a pillow case or lingerie bag on the gentle cycle. They can be dried on gentle/delicate in a lingerie bag or pillow case, or laid flat to dry. I recommend hand washing for all glassware, paying particular attention to avoid rough scrubbing. The glassware is top rack dishwasher safe, but hand washing is best to preserve the painted design.
